Product Returns
All returned items must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in re-saleable condition.
- You must contact customer service prior to returning any product within 10 days of receipt of your order.
- Products returned without authorization will be refused.
- As a food facility we are unable to accept returns of spices, seasonings, hi-temp cheeses and casings.
Shipping is not refundable and is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Items
Products damaged during shipping need to have a claim filed with the carrier before any authorization can be given by The Seasoned Butcher for a return.
- We must receive notice of damage within 10 days of delivery.
- Please be sure to keep all packaging because the carrier may require inspection of the original packaging prior to paying a claim.
- Taking a picture of the damaged box upon receipt of the package is also helpful.
