Intended for use with Brats, this product is suitable for smoking skinless wieners and brats. Please note that all Fibrous and Cellulose casings are not edible.
You will receive one strand which yields 25 pounds of meat.
Tip: Remove cellulose casings after smoking is finished, spray or soak with water and slit.
