Like a little cheese in your smoked sausages? Our Wisconsin Cheddar tastes amazing. Sold in 2.5lb bags. Cheese can be frozen. 1/4" diced cheese that does not melt out when cooking. Use 1lb of cheese to 10lbs of meat.

Ingredients

- Pasteurized Processed Cheddar Cheese (Cheddar Cheese [Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes] Water, Cream, Sodium Phosphates, Salt, Vegetable Color, Enzymes), Powdered Cellulose (to prevent caking), Potassium Sorbate and Natamycin (Preservatives).

- After your final grind, mix hi-temp cheese into your batch. At this point your next step is to stuff casings. - Mix 1lb of cheese to 10lbs. of meat.

Tip

- Unused cheese can be frozen for future use.

We primarily use the USPS service as our shipping carrier. Larger orders may be sent via UPS.  

You will receive a tracking number for each package we send.
